Family Mediation Costs
At the Mediation Space we believe that our fees are fair and reasonable, offering a cost-effective alternative to the emotional and financial cost of court proceedings and other dispute resolution options. Our fees reflect the high level of our professional qualifications and our considerable wealth of experience and expertise in our respective fields.
Our approach to fees
We will provide you with information about our fees from the outset, so that you are aware of the costs of the individual intake meetings, of joint mediation sessions and of any additional work, in advance of incurring any expense or committing to use our services.
We will provide you with information about the cost of Child Inclusive Mediation if appropriate in your matter.
Our costs are routinely less than half the costs generally incurred by a couple who instruct two solicitors to negotiate an out of court settlement on their behalf. Our costs are significantly less than the cost of contested court proceedings.
