From the outset, we will ensure you are aware of the costs of the individual intake meetings, of joint mediation sessions and of any additional work. We will provide you with information about Child Inclusive Mediation, if appropriate to your matter.
We offer a cost effective alternative to the emotional and financial costs of contested court proceedings or instructing two solicitors to negotiate an out of court settlement.
